Sponge tip applicator for the shiniest of shimmers. Sponge tip, made in China, ferrule and handle, made in Japan. Note: arrives in a minimal plastic sleeve. Handle and ferrule made from recycled resin. Bristles made from recycled fibers. Please wash the brush prior to use.
